When Federal Career Placement Services LC was established, we quickly realized that economy of scale could be attained for the client as well as our business processes.  Creating a highly innovative service package that combined each key element within the hiring process became an idea worth pursuing.  Since that time our full service, turn-key category of support has been institutionalized as a market breakthrough.  Recognized as an unequaled value and competitive edge, this exclusive FCPS service allows our clients to maximize their employment potential and compete across a broad spectrum of one specific defense intelligence community organization's positions.  Some have claimed this was economic madness for us to offer to our clients.  Yet over time the results could not have proven them to be more wrong.  Our full service packages are a win-win strategy for our clients as well as our business.
 
What then is the key their success and why do they support our client's employment goals so well?  The success lies within the unique business practice itself and how it is applied directly to a client's goals.  Upon receiving a request to provide full service support for any of our Pay Band/General Service grade categories, our career placement specialists can rapidly create a thorough working knowledge of an individual's portfolio.  We now combine that with our comprehensive knowledge of not only one targeted Organization's available positions but those our clients refer to us for help with.  This enables us to launch an aggressive marketing plan for the client that targets all known opportunities.  Over the course of a 3-4 month period, the client will inevitably be referred for job interviews and further consideration as their applications mount. Honing their interview skills over time makes each subsequent interview stronger.  Likewise the maturing relationship between FCPS and the client enables each succeeding submission to be more focused and produced with less man-hours. Over time a client's chances to be notified of a conditional job offer increase and yet the process still continues.  FCPS will market our clients for the full 365 day period in the hopes that secondary and tertiary job offers come in at equal or greater Pay Bands. 
 
We highly encourage motivated candidates who are committed to obtaining federal employment to consider this option through.  In as few as three individual submissions a client can be spending hundreds or thousands of dollars more than the cost of purchasing one full service category support package. Factoring in the multiple interview preparation sessions one can quickly see the economy of scale and value.  Cost aside, it is difficult to refute our ability to submit candidates for multiple vacancy announcements in a simultaneous manner over a full one-year period.  Candidates competing against up to 10 vacancies will inevitably be more competitive and have a significantly greater chance of landing a job.  For most it is a matter of making the investment up front and committing themselves to their employment goals. 
 
**PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING IN RESPONSE TO OVERWHELMING CUSTOMER DEMAND** To help offset the financial impact to our clients yet allow them to immediately begin receiving Full Service support we have now transitioned to an extended monthly payment plan encompassing six [6] easy payments.  Applicable only to full service value package plans this new schedule enables the total cost of the category selected to be paid over the course of the first six months of the incredible one-year contract. The first payment is due at time of contract signing and the remaining five payments will be paid on the first of each month thereafter over the course of a five month period. Please note there is a 5% service fee applicable to the extended payment plan to cover processing costs. 

 

FCPS has listened to your feedback and respects the undue suffering we have all had to bear as a result of the prolonged recession. We are confident that the new pricing approach available to you for our value packages will now enable a more affordable opportunity to obtain our industry-leading value packages.  This will also allow you to obtain unprecedented opportunity to enter the federal job market.

 

Clients may choose to pay for services under this extended plan using a choice of two methods. If desiring to pay by personal check or money order, please submit your first payment at time of contract signing and mail it to FCPS LC at PO Box 263, Stafford VA, 22554. The remaining five installments will then be due and payable no later than the first of each month for the next five months. For those desiring to pay by credit card or PayPal, simply follow the procedures available for each Grade/Payband value package on our services - current pricing page available here on the web site.
