1. What kind of services or support do you provide?   We offer two basic choices of services; Our limited or fee simple service choices allowing you to select individual items such as resume preparation, interview coaching or KSA building. Our full service categories offer unmatched value with a multiple-submission price and includes helping you set up all of your accounts at USAJOBs, each Agency and Application Manager.    
 

2. How many clients have you gotten jobs for at defense Organization you focus towards? We have successfully assisted the employment efforts of numerous clients who are current federal employees, DoD contractors, college graduates and stay at home spouses as a result of our support.  

 
3. Will KSAs go away now that the President has signed an Executive Order? Most have which makes the Federal Resume extremely important.  Some Agencies still require these, and others require short narratives. 
 

4. What are the advantages or disadvantages between limited and full service support? 

Individual one-time fee simple support initially costs less and targets you against a specific position you desire most. Turn-Key Full Service support frees you from extensive man-hours required to prepare and submit multiple vacancy announcement applications and provides the best chance to obtain federal civilian employment.

6. How do I pay, When do I have to pay, Do you accept credit cards?  We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, personal check or money order for limited and full service categories. We begin our support services once payment has been confirmed.  We invoice monthly with payments due by the 15th/mid month for full service support.

          
7. Do you offer any discounts for example, to retired or active duty military members?  Yes we do and all military personnel regardless of branch of service [Army, Air Force, etc.], and Departmental status [reserve, national guard, active duty] receive a 10 percent discount when they purchase any Full Service Category turn-key Package. 8. I need a job now; how long does it take to get a Federal job?   Depending on the Agency, clearance level required, and market conditions, it frequently takes 3-7 months from the time you submit an application until the time you start work.   
 
9. I want to get a security clearance but dont have one. How can I get one and do I need one to apply for a federal announcement?   Many positions will require you to get a security clearance and the Agency will process you if you are selected. Most positions do not require you to have the clearance at the time of applying.          

 

10. How does the federal government select someone applying for a job?  Each agency has a formal hiring process. Applicants submit application packets to vacancy announcements, competitive candidates are selected for interviews, and the best qualifying applicant is offered conditional employment, pending final administrative and security processing. Applicants must satisfy all submission requirements to include attaching educational transcripts, proof of military service, etc. Read each announcement carefully as some are only applicable to current Federal or Agency employees.   

 

11. Can I apply for more than one job at a time?  Definitely, and we encourage our Full Service package offerings for that reason to make you most competitive.
